For 34 years, Bittersweet, Inc. has been successfully serving autistic adults and adolescents across four locations in Ohio. Bittersweet offers unique support that encourages autistic individuals to grow and develop their abilities and talents in an agricultural setting. The Bittersweet community offers many products for sale to support employment and vocational opportunities for autistic individuals. The mission of Bittersweet, Inc. is to positively impact the lives of autistic individuals and those whose lives they touch.
Bittersweet Creative Arts is a division of Bittersweet Inc. and currently serves over 100 autistic adults and adolescents. Bittersweet Creative Arts provides art education, art as vocation, art as therapy and art enrichment at our locations in Whitehouse, Lima, Middletown and Pemberville, Ohio.
All of our products are created by autistic artists. Your purchase helps to provide income for our artists and funding for supplies and equipment for future projects. All purchases are tax deductible and help to support the BCA program and the beneficial services we provide.
