Seagull Bakery began in 2013 to help employ autistic people while providing the highest quality pastries and desserts. It began as a small enterprise in a home kitchen, and quickly grew into a commercial kitchen that provides desserts for individuals, restaurants and caterers. Order online or by phone, and soon it’ll be ready for pick up, delivery, or shipping. Our head baker is autistic and is a testament to the abilities of autistic people. She in turn teaches baking classes to transition autistic students and adults, who want to explore this career path. The executive chef and the staff at Seagull Bakery oversee quality, expansion, and production, and are a testament to the success of inclusion. We all work together to provide a supportive and productive environment in which to create our incredible pastries!
